Despite the observations, Asphalt 9 Legends is a very addictive and well-accomplished game. Now with a new update, it ensures many more hours of fun.
I have played Asphalt 9 Legends on 2 different platforms: on mobile, using a controller, and on Nintendo Switch. It is a good product, balanced and without differences between the platforms.
Asphalt 9: Legends was developed and published by Gameloft, it was released on February 26, 2018 for IOS in the Philippines as soft launch and on July 25 of the same year worldwide.
The game incorporated the management system called TouchDrive, which directs the car through a series of pre-established routes that the player can choose.
One of the things that shines the most in this game is its graphics. These not only look good, but they look much better than what one would expect to see both on the Nintendo Switch console and on the mobile, (obviously depending on the performance). Each car has a great level of detail and can be distinguished even at the high speeds at which one moves.
In addition, the game made use of physics and uses the mechanics of other simulators such as Real Racing 3, in which when taking a curve the car slows down to avoid going off the track or overturning, if the car still goes off the road, its will lose speed when driving on sidewalks, grass, sand or snow. This slowdown is offset by the use of nitro.
On both platforms, the evolution of Asphalt 9 can bring you to a stalemate, for micro-transactions to come into play, so the expenditure of resources allocated or earned during the races must be used wisely in order to advance.
There is a huge difference between playing Asphalt 9 with and without a controller in the case of mobile, so I recommend the first blindly.
Asphalt 9 Legends has local multiplayer for up to 4 players and also online mode.
It is in the latter where you realize that although you are an excellent driver, it is almost impossible to beat those who have already invested large amounts of money in the game.
But not only does it happen in online multiplayer, it goes to the story mode in the advanced circuits. Where the minimum potential that your car has makes it extremely difficult to advance without having your vehicle modified at least to level 2. That is why it is important to make good use of the resources that are earned.
Of course, both online and locally, the multiplayer moves wonderfully.
Starting on December 18, you can play the Full Throttle patch that incorporates the remastered Nevada circuits, 7 new cars, including the Bugatti La Voiture Noire, and a new season of Drive Syndicate.
Wait no more, take command and enjoy this beautiful and well-accomplished racing game.
